Marina Grossi
President of the Brazilian Business Council for Sustainable Development (CEBDS) since 2010 and Special Envoy of the Business Sector to COP 30, Marina Grossi is at the forefront of the articulation of the Brazilian and global business sector on the sustainability agenda. A pioneer in the climate agenda, Grossi has more than 25 years of experience working in national and international organizations. She was a negotiator for Brazil at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) between 1997 and 2001, participating in the negotiations of the Kyoto Protocol, and coordinated the Brazilian Forum on Climate Change between 2001 and 2003. She serves on the boards of major companies and institutions, such as the Boards of Directors of Iberdrola, Neoenergia, Norte Energia, and the JBS Amazônia Fund, as well as the Independent Council of Climate Experts of Edelman, the Council for Sustainable Economic and Social Development of the Presidency of the Republic, and the Socio-environmental Advisory Council of the Brazilian Mining Institute (IBRAM).

She has actively participated in projects to standardize internal procedures and policies. She is the mother of Ricardo and Nicolas, a tarot reader, and her hobbies include dancing and reading.

Sueli Mendes is the manager of Institutional Relations, Fundraising & Events and has been with CEBDS since 1997. He has specialization in project management for the 3rd sector at FGV, corporate social responsibility management at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC) and professional, emotional and technological skills for times of change at PUCRS.

Helena possesses solid experience in articulating strategic sustainability agendas, with a distinguished track record in public-private sector relations. Throughout her career, she has led institutional partnerships and initiatives focused on the ESG agenda and climate transition, especially urban mobility and decarbonization. Holding a PhD in Law, she combines a strong technical background with strong dialogue and negotiation skills.

She has experience producing content for different formats and has been working with socio-environmental causes since 2015. She was a member of the Multimedia department at TV Cultura and was the online content editor at the Third Sector Observatory.

I enjoy solving problems, leveraging my creativity and background in Sociology to understand the different perspectives of human behavior. My specialization in Communication and Marketing allows me to lead multidisciplinary teams, driving discovery processes and adding value to the customer journey, while my organizational and planning skills ensure the execution of operations. I am the founder of Bloom Service Design, a consultancy specialized in creating people-centered solutions. Bloom was born from the belief that service design can transform realities — and I remain committed to leading the company in this purpose. Today, I work as Bloom's manager, leading the strategic vision of the business and supervising our team of designers, who continue to be active and engaged in our projects. I recently took on the challenge of working as a project manager at CEBDS, where I lead initiatives focused on COP30 and collaborate on the development of the organization's service design front. He has been working for approximately fifteen years in project and megaproject management, such as projects for the conservation and restoration of biomes, inclusion of the bioeconomy in the value chain and socioeconomic development. Before CEBDS, he worked at WWF-Brazil, PUC-Rio, Organization of Ibero-American States and SESC Rio.
