The project arose from the awareness of CEBDS and its members of the key role of the financial sector and companies in the development of an energy efficiency market in Brazil. In this study we sought to identify the obstacles that prevent or hinder the access of the corporate sector to the resources available for sustainability financing, with a focous on energy efficiency, and to propose changes that minimize these dificulties.
