CEBDS, through the Thematic Chamber of Social Impact, held on the last June 6th, an exclusive webinar for associated companies regarding the PL 572\/2022<\/a> \u2013 National Framework Law on Human Rights and Business. The discussion was led by Clara Serva, partner and head of business and human rights at TozziniFreire Advogados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conversations regarding the PL are being resumed by the Thematic Chamber, based on the Technical Note<\/a> developed in 2022, with support from TozziniFreire and contributions from companies associated with CEBDS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the occasion, Clara presented the main points of the Technical Note, with the aim of fomenting the debate to reach convergences that result in a CEBDS position on the PL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PL 572\/2022 aims to establish in the country the national normative framework on human rights and companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
