Alongside 15 other professionals from the most diverse areas and places in the country, they are competing for an award for having their work aligned with one of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The initiative is from the Brazilian Business Council for Sustainable Development (CEBDS), which in this edition of the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/cebds.org\/en\/noticias\/premio-cebds-de-lideranca-feminina\/#.W3bfMPlKjIU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Women&#039;s Leadership Award<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0opened the category\u00a0<strong>\u201cPopular Vote\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to recognize the work of women nominated by the public for a better world.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe received excellent suggestions from the public and the number of votes exceeded our expectations.
