Women's leadership is a strategic dimension for the climate transition to advance with greater inclusion, legitimacy, and implementation capacity. The Brazilian Chapter of Women Leading on Climate (WLOC), the first national chapter of the global initiative, brings together recommendations for COP30 and four technical notes on energy transition and efficiency, land use, climate finance, and the implementation of NDCs, always focusing on gender equality and women's participation in decision-making spaces. The publication proposes goals, indicators, and governance and financing mechanisms that contribute to incorporating women's leadership in a structured way into Brazilian climate policies and the international agenda.
