In my career, I had the opportunity to lead the Sustainability area at Suzano and Sustainability, Communication and Corporate Relations at Fibria Celulose, I was an executive at Banco ABN AMRO Real/Santander and at Banco Nacional. At ABN AMRO/Real, I received one of the great challenges of my career: the opportunity to lead the creation and implementation of the sustainability strategy that has become a national and international benchmark. Oskar Metsavaht is the founder and style director of Osklen, one of Brazil's most iconic fashion brands, which started out in 1990 selling winter sportswear, before focusing on the luxury segment 10 years later. Metsavaht is also the founder of Instituto-E, a non-profit organization based in Brazil that encourages sustainable human development, with projects that include the development of socially and environmentally friendly fabrics. Suzana Kahn is a professor and researcher specializing in climate change and technological alternatives for mitigation. She has played various roles in the federal and state governments of Rio de Janeiro, with a focus on climate policy. She is interested in finding ways to promote the transition to a low-carbon economy and help businesses and governments achieve this goal. For this, in addition to being a full professor at COPPE/UFRJ, she manages the UFRJ Green Fund and is the UFRJ representative at GAUC – Global Alliance of Universities on Climate. Partner in charge of the Compliance & Investigation area and member of the Executive Committee of TozziniFreire Advogados, Shin is a pioneer in the implementation and development of the Compliance area in Brazil. He specializes in the strategic coordination of cases involving relationships with government agencies, crisis management and corporate investigations in all sectors and industries. She is highly respected for her outstanding practice and more than 30 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and advising investors from several countries on their inbound and outbound investments. Shin is also responsible for the Asia Practice Group, directly coordinating the Korea Desk. In addition, she speaks at various international forums and events focused on anti-corruption, corporate governance and investigative issues. Shin also co-led the creation of LACIL (Latin American Compliance & Investigation League), which involves the main law firms in Latin America in this practice.

He developed his career leading the areas of Sustainability, Corporate Communications, Public Affairs/Advocacy, Marketing and Customer Relations in global companies such as Coca-Cola, Whirlpool, HP, JP Morgan and MSL/Publicis for the Latin American region and Brazil. His experience is in the development and implementation of Stakeholder Relationship Management, Communication and Sustainability processes, actively participating in mergers, acquisitions and crisis management projects. Led multidisciplinary teams in local, regional and global projects. Reported directly to Local/Regional Heads and Global Marketing.
