The chemical sector, the largest consumer of final energy in the industrial chain, represents an important turning point in the interpretation of climate change in the business world. This study reaffirms that the SDGs are fundamental instruments to contribute to this transformation and offers a path to map the strategic chemical subsectors for this redirection in the country.
