by Henrique Luz (CEBDS) and the participation of Andressa Souza, from Valuing Impact, Marina Leal and Alexandre Leão, both from Natura&Co. The main protocols and methodologies available to identify, measure, evaluate and compare direct and indirect impacts of human and social capital were presented, with emphasis on Social & Human Capital Protocol and Social Return on Investment (SROI). Finally, the cases of Natura&Co and Novartis were presented, followed by a practical part with exercises.
