The document contains the analyzes of a study carried out between February and March 2023, based on surveys and testimonials collected from experts and representatives of the Brazilian private sector. The content was built jointly by the BCG and CEBDS teams.
The main objective of the study was to map the main challenges of the Brazilian private sector in the decarbonization journey.
The study involved the participation of 53 companies from multiple sectors of the economy. 31 interviews were conducted and 78 responses were collected through an online survey.
