COP29, to be held in Baku, Azerbaijan, from 11 to 22 November, will address key issues on the global climate agenda, including climate finance, energy transition and climate change adaptation. In order to ensure a transparent, impartial and inclusive process, the COP29 Presidency has developed a plan based on two pillars: raising ambition and enabling action.
