This document, developed by CEBDS, offers subsidies for current discussions around the regulation of Payment for Environmental Services (PSA) in Brazil. The study offers a diagnosis on the practice of PES in Brazil and in the world, as well as considerations and analyzes of Brazilian bills on the subject, with an approach focused on the challenges and opportunities that this subject presents for the business sector.
