The Brazilian Business Council for Sustainable Development (CEBDS) has just launched a call for hiring specialized consultancy with the objective of developing an unprecedented study on private investment flows in biodiversity-related product chains and community businesses in Brazil.
The initiative seeks to map existing and potential private sector financing models, with a focus on understanding the volumes invested, the impacts generated – positive and negative – and the main obstacles faced by companies in expanding their operations in this field. In addition, the study aims to indicate ways and conditions to overcome these challenges and encourage public and business policies that strengthen the bioeconomy agenda in the country.
Proposals must be submitted by June 23, 2025 for emails: comunicadoamazonia@cebds.org It is ukpact.gestao@cebds.org, with the subject: “Proposal – Study of Private Investment in the Bioeconomy in Brazil”.
