Communication Forum

AI and Corporate Communication: From operational efficiency to reputational sustainability of businesses.

The accelerated incorporation of artificial intelligence in the areas of communication is redefining processes, content production formats, stakeholder relationships, and reputation management. While increasing efficiency, analytical capacity, and personalization, AI also introduces new challenges related to information credibility, governance, ethics, transparency, and trust—assets that are increasingly strategic for the sustainability and resilience of businesses in environments of high public exposure and constant reputational pressure.

In this edition of the CEBDS Communication Forum, the aim is to discuss how companies are structuring the use of artificial intelligence in their communication strategies in a responsible manner, aligned with corporate values and contemporary challenges of reputation, trust, and sustainability. The meeting will address topics such as governance and internal policies for the use of AI, impacts on content production and brand management, reputational risks associated with disinformation and the indiscriminate use of technology, as well as the role of communication departments in building trust and legitimacy in an increasingly automated environment.
