CEBDS is present at COP-19, the 19th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), an event taking place from November 11 to 22 in Warsaw, Poland. It will closely follow the official agenda of discussions and parallel events, sharing information and impressions from participants on the CEBDS Blog.
The delegation includes the executive director of CEBDS, Lia Lombardi, the coordinator of the Thematic Chamber of Energy and Climate Change (CTClima), Raquel Souza, as well as representatives from Banco do Brasil, Bradesco, Itaú, Cemig, Ecofrotas, and EDP.
On November 21st, CEBDS will launch two publications on side event – “Adaptation: the 21st century´s challenge for the business sector” – “Study of Adaptation and Vulnerability to Climate Variability”" and the "“Recommendations for electricity policy in Brazil“".
