CEBDS members, through CT Água, participated in an exchange of experiences promoted in partnership with Firjan, with the presence of international experts on the topic of sewage networks.
Natércia Matias and Jes Vollertsen, members of the consultancy The WATS Guys, presented the monitoring system that simulates biological and chemical processes in sewage networks.
The system, which has already been used successfully in Denmark and California, optimizes the management of these infrastructures, making it possible to predict, anticipate and correct problems in the networks.
The promotion of these meetings enriches the knowledge of CEBDS members about innovative solutions to challenges related to basic sanitation in Brazil.
