In 2014 and 2015, Brazil experienced a critical moment in relation to water availability in large
urban centers. In this context, the water crisis was extensively discussed at the Water Thematic Chamber meetings throughout 2015. Additionally, the CEBDS Board of Directors suggested that CEBDS take a position on the water crisis. Therefore, CTÁgua prepared the position paper highlighted here for download, whose messages have been disseminated in all CEBDS communications related to the topic.
