CEBDS, through the Thematic Chamber of Social Impact, held on the last June 6th, an exclusive webinar for associated companies regarding the PL 572/2022 – National Framework Law on Human Rights and Business. The discussion was led by Clara Serva, partner and head of business and human rights at TozziniFreire Advogados.
Conversations regarding the PL are being resumed by the Thematic Chamber, based on the Technical Note developed in 2022, with support from TozziniFreire and contributions from companies associated with CEBDS.
On the occasion, Clara presented the main points of the Technical Note, with the aim of fomenting the debate to reach convergences that result in a CEBDS position on the PL.
PL 572/2022 aims to establish in the country the national normative framework on human rights and companies.
