With the objective of contributing to the broad debate on the role of the State and companies in the protection and respect for human rights in Brazil and in the world, this Technical Note brings considerations regarding several thematic topics of PL n° 572/2022, organized in four great chapters.
It should be noted that this Technical Note is not intended to exhaust all the debates and important topics of the Bill, nor is it intended to be a unified voice for the entire Brazilian business sector. The Note is an effort to harmonize legal and corporate reflections aligned with the values and principles defended by CEBDS in its fight for sustainable development.
