The increasing pressure on water resources makes water management a strategic issue for resilience, operational efficiency, and business continuity. This publication contextualizes concepts such as water security, risk assessment, positive water, and water footprint, and maps how companies in the CEBDS Water Thematic Chamber are incorporating these themes into their strategies and operations. The study brings together data, tools, and business cases to support the identification of risks and opportunities, the development of more robust responses, and the adoption of practices capable of reducing impacts, increasing efficiency in water use, and strengthening water sustainability throughout value chains.
