Biodiversity is a key theme for this publication, which highlights the complexity of the topic and the difficulties that companies frequently face with the presence of areas sensitive to biodiversity in their operations. The collaboration of companies in a positive way to reduce the impacts of their operations and, in some cases, beyond compliance with environmental standards, is not found in the current version of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) report.
