Norflor is a certified company, and in order to comply with the certification in question, an annual summary of all actions and monitoring carried out in the enterprise is presented to stakeholders. Water quality monitoring is delivered every six months to neighboring communities, so that society is aware of the results.
Norflor annually sends the summary of the management plan to its stakeholders, with all ongoing projects as well as the results obtained in their monitoring (including water quality). To assess the perception and acceptance of Norflor by the communities, an annual diagnosis is applied with questions directed at the perception of management.
Actions are continuous.
'- Semiannual monitoring of water quality and quantity in eight streams;
– Submission of the public summary of the management plan;
– Index of favorability of management by the communities.
