Changing the business model is not a trivial task, especially for large companies with defined operations and value chains, but it is a necessary path for the circular economy to reach its full potential for business while reducing environmental impacts and risks. To this end, it is important to create skills related to innovation, management and collaboration, especially when we talk about circular business models.
Based on this scenario, CEBDS joined forces with Upcycle to develop this publication, which aims to simplify understanding of the subject, providing an approach and practices based on ISO 59000 and BS 8001 standards, as well as the practical experience of companies that are developing and implementing these new business models.
