As it is located in a region whose water issue is constantly in focus, annually or
whenever necessary, Norflor carries out works aimed at preserving watercourses, present
in micro basins inserted in the project. The “Córrego Vivo” project was created in 2020 with the objective of expanding the conservation and recovery actions of watersheds present in Norflor as well as in areas neighboring the enterprise.
The project is in the initial implementation phase. The steps provided for in it are shown in the following images:
2020 – Elaboration of the project;
2021 – Approval of the project and execution of the first stages (mapping, community engagement and preliminary diagnosis);
2022 – Execution of the other planned stages;
2023 – Continuation of the project stages;
2024 – Continuity of actions and final report on actions/results obtained.
