CEBDS President Marina Freitas Grossi was a panelist at an international event organized by the World Economic Forum and the consultancy firm Oliver Wyman on the 24th. Check it out:
"This Thursday, I participated in an international event organized by the World Economic Forum and the consultancy firm Oliver Wyman, where we discussed new ways to finance the transition to a low-carbon economy. It was an opportunity to highlight the opportunities Brazil has to lead this transformation, but also to emphasize the sense of urgency in taking action and the need to change models that are no longer valid. This is essential: we cannot repeat old mistakes.
At the Brazilian Business Council for Sustainable Development (CEBDS), we have been helping companies build solutions for their businesses and direct capital flow toward sustainable initiatives. In this regard, I recommend consulting the study that the World Economic Forum released during the event: "Finding Pathways, Financing Innovation: Tackling the Brazilian Transition Challenge."
