We present in this publication the CEBDS Strategic Action Plan to support the government in implementing EPANB, the considerations sent to the government about the 23 goals and a Three-Phase Execution Plan for the implementation of Goal 15.
To technically support the Three-Phase Execution Plan, this document – carried out in partnership with the Environmental Law team at Tozzini Freire Advogados and the biodiversity team at I Care Brasil – addresses in detail the importance of implementing Goal 15, bringing legal aspects and technicians and an overview of the current state of corporate reporting of impacts and dependencies in relation to biodiversity.
With these contributions, the Brazilian business sector reinforces its commitment to sustainable development and seeks to contribute to the construction of a feasible, ambitious EPANB that reinforces Brazil's leading role in the global biodiversity agenda, contributing to the country becoming an increasingly protagonist in the new green economy, generating jobs and income for Brazilians and benefits for the planet.
