The Brazilian Business Council for Sustainable Development (CEBDS) aims, based on this document, to highlight the alignment of the goals of the Brazilian Business Commitment to Biodiversity with global biodiversity goals and to map its contributions, in view of the actions of Brazilian companies to maintaining the conservation of ecosystems, species and genetic diversity. Through this exercise, we sought to present the current state of management and the establishment of goals and commitments assumed by companies, considering that their models of action, with a focus on improving biodiversity conservation, contribute to positioning the Brazilian business sector in a proactive way on the international scene.
