Created in 2015 by the FSB (Financial Stability Board), the TCFD is a global initiative led by Mark Carney and 31 international members that include investors, insurance companies, large non-financial companies, accounting and consulting firms and rating agencies, with the objective of develop recommendations for more effective climate-related disclosures.
