Creation of the Less Loss More Water Movement

Braskem helped found and remained the leader of the Menos Perdas Mais Água Movement during its four years of existence. The initiative supported a series of studies prepared in partnership with the Trata Brasil Institute, which raised the importance of treated water losses in the country's agenda and media.

The Movement is a collective initiative that aims to help improve water security by reducing / fighting the waste of treated water, also contributing to the 2030 agenda of the Sustainable Development Goals. The Movement has a work plan and goals that are monitored regularly. Braskem intends to remain an important player / supporter of the Movement.
It is a collective project under the umbrella of Rede Brasil do Pacto Global, under the leadership of Braskem, Sanasa and Schneider Electric and with more than 40 members.
